Re: Jean Thomason IGHR Scholarship
The 2009 IGHR Jean Thomason Scholarship winner is Jennie Kemp, Reference Librarian at the Tuscaloosa Public Library in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This past October, Ms. Kemp became responsible for the Local History and Genealogy section of her library and while the assistance of her colleagues has been invaluable in helping her get up to speed for this important position, she is looking to use all of the knowledge that she will learn from the faculty and students of IGHR to "better provide all patrons with the absolute best service."
